      Great working environment, quality team and wonderful working flexibility.

      Lower pay than competitors. Few opportunities in a flat hierarchical structure.

      Pros

      Very unique culture - encouraged to take responsibility and are empowered to make decisions. No blame culture - if you make a mistake you will be supported and guided appropriately by management Great team of people to work with - everyone supports each other and shares their knowledge across the team Excellent benefits - 30 days holiday, flexi time, company bonus scheme, private healthcare, discounts scheme, hybrid working Career progression and personal development encouraged in line with business needs Opportunity to learn German should this be of interest Job security - financially strong and no external stakeholders

      Cons

      There are some rare occasions where Government deadlines / new legislation force a number of go-lives to take place on the same day (e.g. Brexit). This can be stressful and feel quite pressured. However, you are always fully supported by management and the team pull together to help each other meet these deadlines. Great team spirit.
