Pros
A solid company without the showoff trends of the industry. They are not doing things which could cause complications and they prefer to pay less but keep balance. Whatever is promised is given and the CEO she may be strong and hard to handle but she is an industry guru and real expert for executing her duties. There are some new additions in the management which have brought serious changes which will cause a good impact long term. Payments are on time without delays.
Cons
Some issues with some specific people have affected all the team and some of the people feel stressed. The last period was very difficult but the management has managed to deal with. There are some changes in terms of control systems that are strict and difficult but we will use if them.
