Firstly this organization took Rs. 1 lakh bank guarantee with 2 years of bond as a Trainee. Targets are only freshers . then start mentally harassment / torch-er. Employee will be get demotivated rather then concentrate on performance. some kind of unexpected things start happen day to day. we will be under pressure from all side... will start feeling depress and stress full life instead of putting your full 100% efforts.[i mean i used to work for avg. 12 hours in each day from my 1st day of joining] start pressurize to achieve unexpected targets,then they will highlight on your poor performance compare like a superman power. Any way they will force you to leave this organization without proper relieving letter and Rs.1 lakh money. Then organization will through you out !!!!!! jobless and loos of Rs. 1 LAHK. fresher don't come to this organization to make your life .....

***ALL THE POSITIVE PROS REGARDING THIS COMPANY HAVE BEEN PUT BY HR OR THE NEWBIES WHO HAVE BEEN FORCED TO DO IT*** 1. You have to remove shoes before entering the company. 2. Lack work culture 3. Vision less unethical top management 4. Extremely high attrition rate 5. No respect for employee 6. Company policies change now and then. 7. No Quarterly variable paid as promised 8. Salary increment / appraisal is even worse than govt company GUYS IF YOUR PLANNING TO JOIN THIS COMPANY CONSULT THE PRESENT EMPLOYEES.
