      Pros

      Area manager is lovely and very understanding. The job is well payed and a nice experience working with vulnerable people building their confidence. Great job to build your confidence and others as well as doing charity work. would recommend!

      Cons

      I dont really have any cons other than if you dont have volunteers in, it can be more difficult to run and lonely at times but as long as you advertise for volunteers and get as many as you can its a very enjoyable job.

      Pros

      During my tenure, I did grow professionally as the scope of one's position is fluid and my superiors were supportive of me taking on more responsibility.

      Cons

      The downside, is that I was not properly compensated for taking on additional responsibilities or tasks. Management was also in the hands of a narcissistic and abusive person who has since left the company.
