      -Supportive colleagues and management -Able to see the business from the management's perspectives (top-down view) and participate in management meetings. -Undergo several rotations that enables you to understand the insurance operations as a whole -Opportunity to be organising and executing large scale events.

      -Job nature is towards backend support role, not much front or customer facing -Might slowly become more introverted because of job nature -Promotion is slow
