      Okay company, with some toxic people

      Altogether, Aixtron Ltd is a company you can learn from and improve your skills within. But after a year or so you realise that there is no team culture, there are professional complainers, and that the same mistakes are made over and over

      Cons

      Disrespectful management and colleagues. Rudeness is not tackled.

      Some nice people work here

      Cons

      Toxic environment where staff stay because pays reasonable. Too many "old" long serving staff that aren't open to new , modern ideas because "we have always done it like that"
