      Best employee satisfaction in terms of work place.

      Pros

      AKS has a policy of work hard party harder. No one feels pressure working in AKS. there is lots of fun, sports events happen at AKS time to time. For example we went for Rafting in sommers then we have a TT tournaments this month. Next month we have a grand party. We never feel like we working here it feels like we are enjoying all the time.

      Cons

      Only downside I could see is that they have office in Faridabad if they would have office in Delhi it would be great.
