The office culture was highly challenging, marked by a lack of professionalism and respect among upper management. It was difficult to take personal time off without feeling scrutinized, as the reasons for any absence seemed to be widely known and discussed. Despite maintaining a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, I often felt underappreciated and undervalued. While I have worked with diverse teams before, this experience was particularly disheartening. I felt uncomfortable taking time off for personal or medical reasons, which should not be the case in any workplace. I would advise anyone considering a position here to proceed with caution.
