The best online English school I've worked for
Pros
I've been teaching for ALO7 since February 2017 and have taught over 1000 classes with them. What really makes this school nice to work for is that they treat their teachers with respect, something I have found to be very rare in the world of online language teaching. The staff are always polite and helpful. They're quick to respond when you have tech issues. They always pay earlier than they promise and their bonus system is fair and continues to improve all the time. The pay is OK, though not the highest in the Chinese market. The materials are for the most part of a very high standard. They are a relatively new school but they continue to make improvements that benefit the tutor.
Cons
You must give 30 days notice for any time off. This is generally OK but it can be hard to plan your life 30 days in advance. Your bonus/booking rate will be affected if you need to take time off within 30 days.
