The hours can really suck and every time you see something that is wrong, even OBVIOUSLY wrong with the way things are being done, management will tell you "oh yes, your concerns are valid and we will get right on that" but it never actually happens. The whole plant site gives the feeling of "organized chaos" but a lot of times it isn't even that well organized. There is also extremely limited opportunity to advance your career within the company. A group of people could work here for 20 years and, unless someone has left the one management position available, they will all be working the same job title (but will most likely have more responsibilities from other departments) for the same pay.
