Pros

This company does not abide by any ethical moral or legal standards. If you end up in the "IN" group the sky's the limit So if u like to kiss butt this job is for you. If you have any sense at all stay clear The very few pros like bbq and dim sum dont make up for the total lack of leadership and team environment in general.

Cons

Think I got covered in the pros Oh wait........ No pension plan and benefits that is more of a paid benefit by you.....might as well get a private plan for cheaper

Pros

They hire you They pay you on time They are always hiring due to extreme turnover There aren't any other pros to this company.

Cons

Management is hired based on who the owner is sleeping with. Salary Not a care in the world for their staff or employees Support manager hired has no education and past work experience was mcdonalds.
