The work environment is great. There is so much freedom and the employees are very supportive. The office is so vibrant and in one of the best locations in Berlin. There is a chef who comes in twice a week and cooks for the entire office, there in office yoga classes, and a bunch of snacks around the office. Everyone is extremely friendly, and you always feel like your contributing to the company. Lots of transparency across departments as well.
