Pros
Good work environment. AMI works very lean, so there are lots of opportunity for growth if you see an area that needs focus. Management is good at empowering employees to resolve potential issues before they happen. Management is tolerant of employees needing flexible scheduling when possible.
Cons
With a lean work environment, some departments offer little room for advancement. Not enough communication between offices and departments. Learn to network quick if you want to stay informed on product and policy changes.

Pros
The people and atmosphere are amazing, friendly, and positive; it is an optimum place to work. They focus not just on their product but their the people, as well as, their growth and success.
Cons
I would have loved to stay, however they didn't have enough work for my position so my position was no longer available. Wish I could still be there, and I can't think of any cons!
