Work is very inconsistent. Sometimes pushing, sometimes not. Lots of things changed when the company was under new management. You have people that have worked there for decades worried about their future at this company. They implemented policies that drive away talent. When things get slow they will enforce these policies hard. Management, although functional, is weak. The new management, hard to say if they're going in the right direction. They have has issues retaining general managers, office staff, and employees.

The people not on the floor. The new owners know nothing of loyalty. Not to their employees or their customers. They have set a land speed record for running a great company into the ground by destroying any relationships with their employees and their customers. If you are talented machinist or programmer avoid this company. This is where talent goes to die. If you are a customer browsing glass door to get an idea of the company you may be looking at doing business with look elsewhere. This company is the poster child for the bait and switch. This is a B league company with D league management.
