Fake company with no actual business, the only thing to do there is to tease and please CEO. IPO and dual listing are fake, NO one would buy this dummy stock at all as there's no value, or liquidity. Totally fake numbers from top lines, even derivatives made with other connected parties within this group come to its revenues (see its annual reports), the company is just another Luckin Coffee or even worse probabily. Management forcing staff posting fake news on social media platforms, and now even forcing staff to posting fake comments on Glassdoor here - all good comments are fake. Treating staff so badly, promised promotion, salary or bonus never come true. The CEO told all staff at Davos to receive 10k trip allowance or so called bonus in Jan 2020, and now it's end of May, where is this money?? Bad culture with emperor like corporate governance. Ex-bb bankers entered into a binding term for 5 or more years with either cash or other incentives so that's why they are yet not leaving, while juniors with binding term for 1 or more years (that's the reason why they leave usually just after the 1st year). STOP TELLING LIES THAT AMTD IS GOOD COMPANY!!!

-first! Bonus did not come out when I left the firm in April/May! I hear many employees say they haven’t get bonus even now in July, for their work in 2018. I Think the company is trying to escape from this -very high turnovers. Peoples usually leave after about 1 year because the company treat people too bad. And the binding contract makes people able to leave only after 1 or 2 year. Otherwise turnover will be higher. - since reputation is so bad, many departments are having problems in hire people. Many people refuse to join - chairman/ceo (same) do not value feedbacks. Much things are going so wrong. Like reimbursements take months, bonus not paid, every little thing requires chairman approval and making peoples’ lives hard. A lot of problems but never being heard - Only cared about external image but never employees’ feelings and benefits - never trust the company’s management unless they put things down and get signed by chairman. Otherwise all promises are fake - as an ED I never get any authority to handle any small things. Can only always push chairman to approve things. Very bad life
