Pros

Free Tea / Coffee Freshers / People Wanted to Move to IT can learn coding and startup their career

2 Years Bond and need to submit all original certificates. It wont be returned even after 2 years unless you leave the company. No appointment order, payslips, increment letter would be give to you from company. Only evidence is the 2 sheet offer which u get at time of joining. Not even give address proof from them. Only consolidated pay, no split-ups such as (basic, HRA,etc.,). hence u cant approach banks for anything and salary gets credited only on 6th. If 6th is govt holiday, then u get on 7th or 8th or more than that. You need to work 6 days a week, no employee benefits as insurance, night shift allowance, cabs for night shift, anything. U work today ul be paid or else no pay. Only one day CL per month, not more than that. Anything more will be LOP. For marriage also they will give 8 days that too LOP and for that also u need to get permission from CEO. No authority for PM, PL. For all CEO is the only approval (even for leaves). U cant take leave, plan vacation not even once in a year. No leaves for govt holidays such as Christmas, Ramzan. Being Lady Employee even if u say that ur marriage is fixed before bond period HR will ask u to postpond marraige since you are in bond Inside itself they are running another company Trinetra and u can be moved without intimation to other company. Ul come to know when you get releived only that you are in that company and no formal letters anything for that. so joining in another company is question mark Not suited for long term career

In the below post that is over 2.5 years old it seems the reviewer is unable to digest the positive progress our company is making on all fronts. In principle, genuine employee feedback are always taken into account and taken into account for framing policies.We have very good internal satisfaction ratings (including the most recent one) from our dedicated team for our policies that includes flexi-leave & shift time policy, payslip automation with complete split-up, bank loan support documentation, paid leaves for wedding & many more Specifically, the fake scenario mentioned below linking staff marriage to bond is being vehemently denied as false & malicious. We strongly mention that no such situation has arisen in the company’s history. Actually we are surprised on the free time & creativity of the reviewer on generating such fake comments. In summary it seems the reviewer is more jealous about our progress and the reputation we have got as a company & without knowing the reality, he/she has posted it. As a progressive organisation we always welcome constructive feedback and we always encourage an atmosphere of openness and transparency within our company.

Pros

Freshers can learn coding and make their career into IT. Free Tea / Coffee

Not suited for long term career. No Documents for anything (Payslips, Increment Letter for appraisals, not even address proof they will give) 2 years bond and need to submit original certificate. After 2 years also they wont return. if u ask they will ask silly questions. (For eg: if u ask that u require certificates for applying passport, HR will ask why are u applying for passport when ur with ANGLER and signed two year bond. Imagine the standard of HR and as well as company) When you ask that you need to leave job for marriage, they will even ask to postponed the marriage since you have signed bond for 2 years. Even if you are PM / PL, u have no privilege, no laptop and same workplace and timing as junior. Only your designation they will increase and not pay mere to give additional responsibilities. Only one day leave per month and u cant plan long term leave / vacation anytime with your family. For marriage also u get only 8 days leave which will be LOP. Salary is paid only on / after 6th and if its leave / sunday you will get it on 7th, 8th or even later. Worst part is no leave for Christmas, Ramzan and many national holidays. No Employee Benefits as insurance, cab for night shift, allowance for night shift, saturday leaves, etc.,
