Micro management No task management you are working on some task suddenly you get another task to fix just because client ask for it when you look into task you it's been 7-8 months old. No documentation for code. Everything is messed-up really bad. Sometimes for one line change you have to do treasure hunt. Nothing much to learn in software development only maintenance of old messed-up code. No words for TL. TL just assigning task and reporting. Never do actual coding still tell you it can be done within 2 days. God knows how can without seeing such messed-up code they can say things like that with full of confidence. 3 late marks one day salary cut.8am office after 8.10am its late mark. No leave in probation period not even single sick leave. If you take that day salary loss.
