Thank you for your post. It is a good description of where we are today. We have a great group of people and I am so proud of how they work together and what they are accomplishing as a team. Very exciting things are ahead.

Thanks for the post about the new AOTMP and what we are today. This is a very accurate description of what things look like. Yes, we made mistakes in the past. Yes, I own them. Yes, I have fixed them. Yes, we have a totally different company today. I appreciate all the new team members who have come on board in the last six months and were able to look beyond the past and experience the new AOTMP for themselves. This post reflects what they are finding. Can't wait to fill the four current open positions with even more highly motivated, passionate, hard working team members who want to contribute and be an important part of something very special.
