The CEO and executive management are running this place to the ground. Way too many executive managers are eating up the budget with huge salaries. This year, we have a projected $12 million operating deficit. Last year, only a select few employees received a salary increase. All of this is happening during very good economic times. Some of the working environments are toxic because of unreasonable management demands and bullying.
