      API Heat Transfer, based in Coventry, is a growing company that is extremely customer focused and wants to do what is right for the future of its relationships and internal development.

      Cons

      However, on the back of being so customer focused, employees are not treated with the respect and trust that they deserve. A number of staff working in the building are very disappointed with the lack of communication and thanks for all of the additional hard work that they are sometimes forced, rather than asked, to do.
