It pays pretty well for the area
Cons
Don't care much for employees will work you like a dog for what it seems like no reason. Poor management. Poor leadership. It like you can voice issues and give good objections with easily implemented solutions and if it's not their idea it's for not. If you need experience it's a good place to go but not a place to stay.
