Pros
There have been some rough patches (like many startups), but things have been improving steadily. The team is small but excellent, the work is challenging, and the management team is great to work with. Work/life balance is good, and there are many opportunities to learn new technologies.
Cons
It is a startup, so things move quickly. Management is doing a good job of keeping focus and minimizing distractions, but if you like knowing exactly what you are doing every day for the next 3 months, you might not like it.
