      Institute is at forefront of technology. Personnel have good domain expertise. Motivated staff. Good work Life balance is an added bonus. Research is given support. High level of customer confidentiality.

      Slow management decisions. Archaic governing policies. Slow promotions. Limited chance of quick growth and additional incentives to perform harder. High levels of motivation and drive required to sustain self growth.
