      Pros

      Wages just about unbeatable bearing in mind no particular skill needed when joining the company. All positions are learnt 'in house'

      Cons

      Best paid jobs earn the best bonuses, so its like waiting for 'dead mens shoes' as these jobs rarely come up. Then best managers/directors have all gone now and the factory managers are clueless. Very little chance of promotion
