Pros
You are never bored. They go after a decent amount of solicitations and you have a chance to wear many hats as with most small companies.
Cons
The work environment is terrible. Not only was I cussed at and screamed at, it was like doing hard time...if you talked to the wrong person, you would get a 'meeting' with management, if you talked to someone too long, you would get a 'meeting' with management. Don't even bother reporting anything to HR- it's like an old boys club...all that will do is get you fired. There is no tree of advancement, most departments if you can even call them that are a straight line, so if you want to advance you better hope your manager retires, quits, gets fired or dies because those are the only ways you will move up. There is a lot of back stabbing in this organization too- more than I've ever seen in my professional career.
