Great Support - Bad Financial Model for Staff

Pros

Excellent support from peers and Team leads. Emphasis on training and certifications. Management team is there when you need them.

Cons

Do not expect to receive annual cost of living increases or performance bonuses as that is not part of their model. Expect to work 45 hours but be paid for 40. You can also expect to be told to take mandatory furlough days which could result in salary loss. No matching 401K. In short, every year you work there reduces the impact your original salary has against an increasing economy.

I would say nothing. There were some reasons to work for ASAP earlier. But not anymore

Cons

Very bad for H1B. ASAP was good few years but after change in their management it is no good than any other typical bloodsucking employers. They are not cooperative, marketing is worse and especially their immigration support is second to none. Bad attorney, HR, management support. I lost my visa status so, be aware and think
