      The ability for remote work. Enjoyed most coworkers. Company matched 401k.

      Cons

      Family owned so most promotions are reserved for family or friends of the family. Can work for years for the company giving them your all just to be let go due to organizational restructuring.

      Pros

      ASG offers a lot of programs for employees, both management and non-management, to advance your career. It's great to work for a company that has maintained the family atmosphere, even as they expanded across the country. They transitioned to the COVID protocols and workflow without laying off any employees.
