I experienced creepy, unsolicited remarks from a coworker, which went unaddressed even after being reported. •Poor communication. There was no formal training for new systems, responsibilities were unclear, and management often ignored follow-ups or feedback. •Lack of support. Even during personal loss (e.g., putting down a pet), I was not informed of available bereavement days by my own manager.
