relative low pay, lots of projects but the marketing target is implicit, some layoff recently

fair salaries, but it won't stay long cause they may take you off in a min.
Cons
- No planning - They are not clear - 1000s of layoffs in a min, while I was in the office they laid off 10 employees and the total no. of employees didn't exceed 25 in total before the layoff! - No stability rarely you can find an em employee who completed more than 2 years - No creativity slot, just do what is required and copy past HQ. - no way to give your feedback about the management you will be removed in a min. - Office in full of bullying and no one in the management takes actions - Management level is only Taiwanese, don't be ambitious. - no work-life balance, their jobs are a one-man show for every title. I was doing (moderation, social media calendar, social media plan, digital media buy planning, execution, financial reports, email marketing B2B and B2C, and account management for our retailer's cooperations)

1. Quickly respond to market changes in product planning 2. Well-known brand in some product fields
Cons
1. Long work hours compare to US/EU companies 2. Not like some traditional Asian companies, layoff in Asus is a method to reduce cost
