      Strong leadership combined with continual support to improve culture, effectiveness and well-being. Great team of technical experts with a collaborative mindset.

      Too much fun on work socials. It feels strange to enjoy your co-worker's company this much.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing, inclusive, open and honest. We are heard (our suggestions, feedback etc). Our leadership team promote wellbeing, work life balance, flexibility and an environment that makes coming to work exciting, interesting and fun. Always looking for exciting, purposeful projects.

      Cons

      Small team, so burnout is real but management is proactively trying to avoid and prevent burnout including openly discussing the topic and working with us ALL to find ways to support one another.
