These are the best people I've ever worked with. Everyone pulls their weight and helps each other out, from the newest tech to the senior management. There's very low turnover thanks to the great coworkers, interesting work, and good pay & benefits. Some companies (including past jobs of mine) advertise "work hard / play hard" or "we're like a family," but these are usually obscured ways to say they'll work you to death for peanuts. ATB seeks the best employees and want to keep them, so while no one can come onboard and just coast, we also make sure no one gets burned out. ATB compensates well and looks out for its employees.
