      Strong Teams and Global Impact, but Not for Everyone

      Pros

      A lot of travelling across the globe, good thing to explore the world, and gather valuable experience. But also, more travelling, equals also more money.

      Cons

      Frequent year-round travel, typically returning on Saturdays and departing again on Sundays, which makes maintaining relationships and a normal private life challenging. Nevertheless, one of the best employers in the Frankfurt area.

      1. You get to learn a lot of new things 2. You get to travel for work to other European countries

      Cons

      1. They talk behind your back in their language when you're not from their region. 2. They give people promotions or new roles to their regional ones. 3. The complete hierarchy is filled with people from their region. 4. Salaries are not up to the standards. 5. You will definitely feel and face discrimination

      Training is their main issue

      Pros

      Flexible work environment - remote working and personal commitments catered for, within reason. Lots of growth in the company.

      Cons

      Very poor training (trainer wasn't trained how to be a trainer). So I was thrown into the deep end without proper training. My colleagues experienced the same thing. Middle-management were not as helpful and open as I would have liked.
