      Pros

      The work is designed for anyone to be able to accomplish. You can have a minimal skill set and still be successful here. They also have a more advanced skill set and like to promote from within. The company has been very good to me and I would recommend anyone who needs a chance to be employed with a major company with benefits who has had felonies.

      Cons

      The structure and training is sometimes lacking. It has been better as of late due to new management.

      Good benefits, lots of overtime, good starting pay

      Cons

      Terrible management, overtime is announced at the last minute so you can't make any plans in your life, work 60 hours a week most of the time
