      Pros

      I like working here because I can feel how the management cares staff, especially the C levels. I’d more than 10years working in the finance industry and this company is the only one that the management is willing to share info, think about staff, and talks to us.

      Think carefully before joining , joined more than 2 years, very high turn over rate . Everyone must follow the straight hierarchy, your value won’t be treasured unless you’re a “m grade” or c-level . Messy company structure , all of your complaints handed to HR will be gone and you will be asked to shut up in order to keep the company”s “peaceful” atmosphere . Extremely high pressure and tight deadline ; if you can’t meet then you will be “advised to think if you’re a right fit to here” . HR and m grade threaten you with reference letter and future reference check if you speak up.
