Pros

There are some wonderful staff at ATPI, the product is good for certain industries.

Cons

Management operate on a favouritism model, often only promoting within their own circle of preferred employees. Unless you have worked there for 10+ years and are based in Lowestoft then you can pretty much say goodbye to any progression. Blame culture is high, you are in constant fear of being thrown under the bus to protect one of their own. You will be expected to work long hours with little reward and if you disagree with any of their ideas then expect your P45 in the post. There are some amazing people in the business who are never given a chance, instead some people get promoted into high positions with no experience because of who they know. There is constant conflict between global and local teams and no one seems to want to work as “one team”. Very toxic, high pressure environment where management reap the rewards.

Pros

Good opportunity to meet different clients in various industries.

Cons

Quite possibly the most disappointing place I've ever worked with horrendous management. They treat the consultants as if they are children and don't care about you or your well being in general. They also don't care about your concerns, so trying to communicate with them is a waste of them. Do yourself a favor and RUN.

Pros

Knowledgeable, supportive managers who have worked there way up and know your job role. Shift patterns - just 08.30 to 5pm and 09.30 to 6pm on rotation so you know where you stand Opportunities for progression - job opportunities are regularly circulated and regularly filled internally with promotions.

Cons

Bonus structure does not have any customer service or adherence structure which I have had in previous roles and valued. Current bonus structure is clear though and you get regular updates about it. Customer service is praised through a superhero program which is motivating.
