      Pros

      Great company to work for. Plenty of great people, great projects and a very full order book. Plenty of travel opportunities (especially overseas) and pay is very good, especially when working away from home.

      Cons

      Can be a little slow to respond sometimes - in terms of pay reviews etc. Been waiting for my March review for 3 months now.

      Pros

      Flexible working with a difference, you really are trusted to work when and where you choose as long as you are delivering in role, which is refreshing. You’re encouraged to make decisions and not made to feel afraid to make mistakes, because the company recognises that mistakes fuel learning, and learning fuels growth.

      Cons

      Nothing out of the ordinary that I haven’t experienced at other companies. No major red flags. There is a genuine effort to gather feedback in order to improve.
