Pros
Good reputation and great projects. Technically, you can grow a lot faster and get to travel the world if you are good at your job. Good food at the canteen. Kind people who support you at your work. And i really respect their CEO, Mr. Helmut List
Cons
Internal politics can be ugly for someone especially if you can't get along with Difficult people. Management decisions can be surprising at times.
