      Disappointing overall, not one to stay at if you want a career..

      Pros

      Growing company, flexibility, most people are self-managed, some opportunities to move around in different industries for some people. Some occasional training opportunities - though you got to sign a pay-back agreement if you leave within 2 or 3 years.

      Cons

      Half truths/false promises from directors to get you to join the company. No real perks to speak of, annual bonus was pretty low, no pension, some people get cars depending on job. Low-end equipment used on most CBM contracts - made the job difficult.

      Exceptional organisation who support employees both professionally and per personally.

      Pros

      Development of skill sets to engage all team members. Driving professional improvement. Communication between departments works well. As an employee, we are encouraged to look for areas we can improve, we also have the ability to support local organisations such as sporting clubs.

      Cons

      At times the geographical locations of the teams mean we are unable to meet in person as often as we would like.

      I have been part of this company now for over 17 years

      Pros

      A progressive and growing company, who really do look after their employees, and in return, they expect you to look after the company.. I'm 17 years with AVT Reliability, and have held several different positions as I have progressed through the company. My only complaint is that I am very near to retirement and wish I could do another 17 years with them as I have loved my roles within the company.. They are a very progressive company and a great one to be part of.

      Cons

      I cant really give any downsides to AVT Reliability as a company, as they have been good to me in return for my maximum effort to help them grow, which they have done massively.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, after 17 years you will know the company inside out :-) We are working hard on manager and career development training to ensure all managers have the tools they need to support and develop the teams. Hopefully we will develop just the good managers you mention going forward.
