I honestly can't think of any pros to working here. May experience working here was terrible from start to finish.

Management is to controlling. They expect employees to get their approval before doing anything, constantly meddle in people's work even when they have no. idea what they're doing, and monitor employees at all times, leaving no room to breathe

None. Employees are abused, disrespected, and exploited here. If you're looking for a company to work for, AVer Information should be the last one on your list.

Cons

I couldn't stand working at AVer Information because of how awful the management here was! They pushed employees to meet unreasonable expectations every single day and couldn't care less about their well-being! They didn't bother communicating with employees, but they demanded instant replies and constant updates from them. Support was non-existent, and hard work was never rewarded.

I hated that I liked my coworkers too much. Now I have this fear I might get fired because of that!

Management always surprises everyone with someone getting fired without justifiable reason or proper warning. People were let go just like that. Brutal.
