IN REVIEW SECTION WHO WRITES THIS "" SALARY IS ON TIME"" . This statement itself indicated that the reviews are fake and about that HELPFUL SENIOR thing there are only couple of employees who have work ex of more then two years in the same company. 2. Hire you as an employee and in middle of the month they say you that you are "HIRED as an INTERN" 3. They will ask you to bring your own laptop. They don't even have PC's for the employee 4. Employee strength is around 10-15 and it has been same since years 5. They hire developers and fire them within two months without paying a single penny. (They try to hire non- local employee. So, that they can fire that person. So, that person can not take any action against them). 6. They only work on two technologies that are also outdated. 7. Even if you come a minute late your salary will be deducted. 8. Pathetic HR policy

Three are too many reasons why you don't join axat. 1. Management treats you like slaves. 2. Have more rules than any MNC, but all are company side. 3. At the time joining promise to increase salary, but never fullfill. 4. No Ac 5. No Mineral Water 6. Toilets are not clean. 7. If you put resign ask 2 month notice period but terminate in seconds without (Termination Salary) 8. Each & every positive review added by SEO team, Glassdoor Team please take some action against this kind of company 9. If you read the positive review & go to interview just ask HR, I want to meet the person who added a positive review. 10. They don't have written rules but they will create a new rule for you every time. 11. More than 90% employees planning to leave the company 12. "I WILL NEVER ADVICE EVEN MY ENEMY TO JOIN THIS COMPANY."
