      Pros

      They would offer breakfast and lunch once a week to the whole company, believing that is the only thing that makes employees happy and productive.

      Cons

      One of the worse companies I have ever been associated with. Hostile management style with a blame culture. Half of their senior exec team are incompetent and to cover themselves up make themselves to look as if the others don't know what they are doing.

      Pros

      Offices are in a nice central location in London, and you are working with the most recognised best practise methodologies in the world

      Cons

      No real career opportunities, and the highest turn over rate of employees I have ever experienced in a company . Disorganised , poor strategy and not the best reputation with their clients.

      Pros

      Benefits - they really care about the staff and invest in a lot of employee engagement activity. Lots of socials, food, personal development and training, as well as regular all- company meetings. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working with my team and wider teams. Good career progression - you're encouraged to apply for jobs internally and there are a lot of internal moves and promotions. Nice central location to work in London.

      Cons

      Could invest more in admin support. Tech could be better too.
