unfortunately London office is not well organised, nobody knows what they are doing, each department does their own thing, holidays will be approved depending in which department you are, some get 1 month some get only 2 weeks at one time, so not all employees get the same at one given point. Office Manager cannot be trusted as seems to be changing his mind whenever it suits him best and then tries to blame others for his own mistakes and doesn't even admit his mistakes making up a lot of lies with no proof given when requested. No proper training given, supervisor doesn't provide training it is up to other staff to give one and answer most of the questions asked

Way too much work for the compensation they offer
