I got to spend time in Europe

Loads, overworked, underpaid. Director hasn't got a clue about the business she had one good sale that helped her land the job. People in the UK team stealing Europes sales leads and commission. No lead or direction Clueless management Tactics used to under pay you. No pay rise Everything is like a dictatorship Cannot liaise with US team without being watched or micro managed. Feels like you are in high school with the game playing Get fired if you don't conform or play their games Get fired, if the need to save money from somewhere UK team wing it and steal your sales leads

Great team members. Excellent talent. Wonderful people other than senior management.

Cons

Controlled environment. Ice cold. Will steal your clients and commission. Micro management. A company struggling with its direction and identify. Main competition = it's self!

Generally very intelligent people especially the analysts. Very knowledgable analyst who create compelling vendor agnostic content

Cons

Poor senior Management in Europe especially with control freak mindset and blame culture. Fail to practice what they preach on the data side and the product is simply not good enough
