The families served were all amazing, there are a lot of talented clinicians who come through and it's great to be able to collaborate and have other people talk to who are going through the same nonsense that upper management puts the therapists through.

low pay for high caseload, no control over your schedule which will be changed last minute with no notice and you will be forced to work way more hours than your job description and never get lunch, management will send you aggressive emails but you'll never meet them in person.
