      You work with some of the most loving and caring students in your life. They are fun and enthusiastic about making art and music.

      Cons

      Hostile management, unethical business practices, favoritism, nepotism, employees like to gossip, mistreatment of clients both mentally and physically.

      The clients are wonderful to work with and make the hard days worth your time.

      The longer you work with the company, you realize how little they care about supporting their floor staff and knowing the intricacies of day to day program events

      Staff genuinely care about their service users. Good team environment. Great place to learn and grow. Laidback community environment.

      Cons

      Non profits can be hard to work for and burnout can happen but Able arts does a good job of giving raises and supporting staff.
