      Welcoming team at first, undermined by management.

      Cons

      Culture of fear and unclear expectations, unpredictable and aggressive management. No original thought or direction, horrid working atmosphere, lack of proper onboarding and beyond unrealistic expectations. No culture, no diversity, no tolerance and no good reason to work for them.

      Remote and you get to help people.

      Cons

      Not the worst company I've worked for, but they definitely oversell themselves as a positive place to work. Too many drastic changes at once and unreasonable expectations. Bad communication from supervisors and the tendency to fire people at a moment's notice. Practically no benefits, lots of broken promises and the general feeling that this company doesn't know what they're doing.
