Lots of overtime and freedom to work at your own pace. Pay check is always on time . You have Bee n worned !

Cons

Company is very unorganized which makes all tasks extra difficult. Supervisor s are so job scared they will not help employees with anything . scared to touch anything and get involved. To many immigrants that are totally racist and pretty much run the place. Training is a joke Get trained by an immigrant that will not teach you anything cause there to scared of you taking there job ! Place has no heat or AC I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy !

It's good money and that is about it.

Cons

Little or no training, no communications with supervisors, building is not temperature controlled so very cold in winter/hot in summer. Dirty place, have to mop and take out garbage as no cleaning crew. Every day go home smelling like very strong solvents. Machines are old and under repair at all times. Everyone walks around with frown.
