- Great, top of the range product - Great Interview Process - Lots of training and Support - Access to lots of training through the LMS - Remote Working - Good Work/Life Balance - Great Management Teams - Fast Growing
Cons
- Lack of in person meet ups - more and more remote companies are providing company meet ups to increase the culture of the companies so it would be wonderful if Absorb could follow suit --> Linked to this, in person department training would work wonders! - No Enhanced Maternity/Paternity - this is a real shame as a lot of organizations are now offering better Maternity/Paternity plans, it would be wonderful if a company with such great culture and want to support employees implemented this. - Pay is good but could be better - Culture is pretty good but departments are often very siloed - in person meet ups would help improve this and also maybe the use of other software like Slack
