I absolutely love working within the People and Culture team at Acacium Group. I could not ask for better people around me who motivate me to do my best and be most authentic self at work every single day.

Cons

I wish I was able to see the team in person more often and there was more social events.

I can say without a doubt that I have never had an experience like this before. When you begin a new job, it can either be daunting or nerve wrecking - my experience starting here has been neither! I have been so supported from my very first day. My managers are brilliant and I work within a great, hardworking team. This is my 2nd month and I already know I'm in this for the long haul - I have never felt so 'at home' at work before!
