      Pros

      Co-workers are very friendly and helpful and come from many countries. Company operates globally although relatively small. Working from home or remote is generally available for all employees.

      Cons

      Limited career options compared to other bigger companies.

      Pros

      Acadia grows from strength to strength with each year. Over the past two years we have like many companies adopted a completely flexible working practice. The offices are open, but equally, we are welcomed to work from home. Hybrid is the way forward and Acadia has hit the perfect balance.

      Cons

      No cons except, be prepared to work hard and smart...but it is appreciated!
